Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds

We don’t offer refunds after a purchase, for monthly or annual plans and for renewals. That is why you can try Pro free for 7 days before you pay (you start the trial yourself, once, from the editor or your Subscription page, and no payment is needed), and why the Free plan keeps unlimited rule checks.

Exceptions — we will refund the charge in question if:

• You were billed by mistake, or billed twice for the same period (a billing error or double charge).
• Your subscription failed to activate after a successful payment.

To ask for one of these refunds, email support@thiruttham.com with your account email, the date and amount of the payment, and what went wrong. This policy does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling:

• Stops the next renewal — you won’t be billed again.
• Does not end your access immediately: Pro features remain available until the end of your current billing period, which you’ve already paid for.
• Does not include a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period — cancelling mid-cycle simply means it doesn’t renew. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date.

Founding-member pricing and cancellation

If you’re one of the first 50 subscribers on the founding-member rate, that price stays with your subscription for as long as the subscription stays active. Cancelling ends it: Pro and the founding price continue until the end of the period you have already paid for, and any later subscription is at the standard rate, even if founding places are still open. A failed renewal payment does not end it by itself.

Shipping & Exchange

Thiruttham is a fully digital service — a Chrome extension and a web-based writing editor. We do not ship, deliver, or exchange any physical goods, and no shipping or exchange process applies to any Thiruttham purchase. Access to paid features is granted immediately on successful payment, subject to this policy’s refund and cancellation terms above.
